For many years, I worked as a consultant in the fields of user experience, digital design and strategy, product and service design and more. From early PC operating systems (of 1988), to ATMs, to websites, to multi-channel digital strategies to mobile devices & services - my experiences have been multi-channel, physical + digital and diverse.
Research, synthesis, frameworks, creative concepts and prototypes are the consistent elements that converge to define strategic opportunities and then craft solutions to evolve the business & the consumer experience.
Industry verticals for which I have done significant user experience work include consumer package goods, home improvement, banking, finance, healthcare, technology, travel & leisure, retail, consumer electronics, telecom and most recently automotive, mobility and outdoor adventure. While the verticals, the audiences and the markets may change - the principles, process, problem solving skills, communication and delivery remain largely the same.
